"Everyone should have a life of music. Music is life, and rhythm is the heart of it. My passion for teaching began between touring gigs while living in Los Angeles, where I taught for the Hollywood Stars program—an initiative dedicated to keeping inner-city youth safe and off the streets through music. Sharing the gift of music, whether through performing or educating, is my passion. Being able to use that gift to help others, especially children, is incredibly rewarding. After moving to Boston to obtain my Master’s degree from the Berklee College of Music, I established Drummers Corner Studio in 2019. The studio was envisioned as a creative sanctuary where students of all ages and skill levels could escape the noise and focus on their craft. Through my tailored methods, students achieve concrete results that help them become not just better musicians, but truly progressive thinkers."
